Where we print
Three spots I print the most. Pick one, or pair a chest print with a back print.
- Front chestA small print over the heart. The usual pick for staff shirts and polos.
- BackA large print across the shoulders, with room for big artwork.
- Front centerThe classic spot: a large print in the middle of the chest.
Shown with our logo as the example print.
What sets the price
Four things move the price. Know them and you can design to fit your budget.
- Quantity
- Setup is the same for 20 shirts or 200, so each shirt costs less as the order grows.
- Ink colors
- Each color needs its own screen. One or two colors keeps the price down.
- Print locations
- A front print alone costs less than front, back and sleeve.
- The garment
- A basic tee costs less than a heavyweight hoodie.

DTF custom shirts
Only need a few shirts, in full color? That's what DTF is for. $30 a shirt.
Custom T-shirts for parties, weddings, funerals and other family events. $30 each, printed in full color.
Unlimited colors for your design at no extra charge.
What is DTF?
DTF stands for direct to film. We print your design in full color onto a clear film, then heat-press it onto the shirt. There are no screens to set up, so it suits photos, designs with many colors and small orders.
How a DTF shirt is made
- PrintYour design is printed onto a clear film.
- PowderAdhesive powder is shaken over the wet ink.
- CureHeat melts the powder into a layer of glue.
- PressThe film is heat-pressed onto the shirt, then peeled away.
Questions
Got a question? These are the ones I hear most.
What file should I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) print sharpest. A PNG or JPG works if it's large, around 300 dpi at the size it will print. Not sure what you have? Send it and we'll tell you.
Why do more shirts cost less each?
Most of the work is in the setup: one screen for every ink color. That cost is spread across the whole order, so it shrinks per shirt as the count goes up.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Screen printing orders start at 12 shirts.
How long does an order take?
Orders take 5 to 7 business days.
Can I bring my own shirts?
No. We supply the garments for every order, so we can't print on shirts you bring in.
